No, travel expenses are not included in the listed prices. The current statutory travel cost, excluding public transportation tickets, is 0.49 cents per kilometer. Please be mindful of these additional costs when considering our services.

Is VAT included in the prices listed?

No, VAT is not included in the prices listed. All prices are exclusive of VAT. It's important to note that, as a small business currently exempt from VAT, our listed prices are transparent and final, with no additional VAT calculated afterward. 

What are the usage rights for the photos?

The usage rights for the photos are outlined in our agreement/contract. You will have the right to use the photos for personal or commercial purposes as specified in the agreement. This includes online and offline promotion, printing, and distribution for the agreed-upon purposes. However, it's important to note that you are not allowed to sell any of the pictures in any way. The terms and conditions regarding the usage rights are detailed in our agreement, and we recommend reviewing them thoroughly. If you have any questions or need further clarification, please feel free to discuss them with us.

How are the final photos delivered?

All photos are delivered in high resolution for the highest and best quality use. We provide these photos through an online private gallery that you will receive via email. This gallery can be made public or private, with access restricted to those with a password. With a public gallery, anyone with the correct link can view and download the photos, which is useful for sharing the gallery with others. 

*Please note that the gallery is not intended as a storage space for your photos and will be removed from our website 1 to 3 months after delivery, depending on demand.

How long do you keep the original files?

Currently, we aim to provide a backup on external drives to preserve your images for as long as possible. In principle, we agree to keep the original files for a minimum period of 3 months after delivery.

Do you offer post-processing/editing, and what does this entail?

Certainly! We always edit the selected images in a qualitative and professional manner, ready for publication or printing. It's important to note that we never deliver RAW or unedited photos. Especially for our Drag Photography we deliver the pictures with the best skin retouching as possible. We remove the unwanted wig-lace, baby hairs, make-up and costume mistakes and provide the portraits with the most beautiful skincare. All delivered in high quality ready for you to publish them with your world and fans. 

How does the selection process for the final photos work?

We first go through all the photos, removing any blurry or poorly composed ones. Afterward, we provide you with a list of the remaining photos, allowing you to choose the best ones. 

*Additional photos can always be purchased if you desire extra images from a particular set, with the price depending on your chosen editing.

What is the usage duration of the photos after delivery?

The usage duration of the photos after delivery depends on the terms specified in our agreement/contract. Typically, clients have the right to use the photos for personal or commercial purposes for an agreed-upon period. What format and resolution do the delivered photos have?

We deliver the photos in the highest possible format and resolution. Depending on your preferences, we can always convert the photos to fit perfectly for your print or digital placement.

Can we request specific photos or indicate particular style preferences?

Absolutely! You are free to provide us with a mood board beforehand so that we can collaboratively assess the possibilities to fulfill your visual vision. We will do everything in our power to bring your desired images to life. Our storytelling is extremely sharp, enabling us to understand precisely how to shape the image uniquely for you based on a description or visual display.

If weather affects a photoshoot, we explore possible options, such as relocating to an indoor location or rescheduling for another day within the desired timeframe.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we provide you with an invoice for electronic payment via bank transfer.

How long does it take to receive the final results of the photoshoot?

Depending on our workload, we aim to deliver the photos within 14 days after selection. In exceptional cases, this may be sooner or occasionally later. Let us know about your desired deadline so we can coordinate all projects effectively and ensure everyone is satisfied with our service delivery.
